Licensed to practice law in 1992, Fon received her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech School of Law, before serving as general counsel of a mortgage corporation and opening her law practice in 1993. A frequent speaker at Realtor and Lender meetings, Fon volunteers her time to many civic organizations. She is the President of the Lake Cities Chamber from 2003 to 2005; she is on the Board of Directors for the Lake Cities Education Foundation, The Denton Chamber of Commerce and the Denton Family Resource Center. Fon is also a volunteer Mediator for The Denton County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. The primary focus of Fon’s practice continues to be title, real estate, wills, corporations, and mortgage law. Offering a “hands-on” approach, Fon provides informative, well-explained closings.

A 1992 graduate of Texas Tech, Glenn joined the law firm in 1997. As Director of Operations, Glenn is responsible for management, as well as marketing of both locations. Glenn is a Licensed Escrow Officer and performs most of our off-site closings. Glenn is also involved in several community organizations including: Lake Cities, Denton and Aubrey area Chambers of Commerce, The Oak Point Parks and Recreation Board, The Lake Cities Lions Club, Julian C. Hyer, volunteer and the Aubrey Education Foundation. Known for his friendly comfortable closings, Glenn takes time to make each client feel at ease.
